Which one of these airbnb's has the best Lisbon location
 

Planning our first trip to Lisbon for April. From what I've read I think I want to stay in the Chiado or Baixa areas. We will only be in Lisbon for 4 nights so want to be central for seeing sites and near lots of cafes/restaurants and upscale shopping.

I have currently narrowed it down to the following three places and mostly asking for help on which has the best location. The second two are located very close to each other.

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/19096568 - on my wishlist map this shows it as being on either R. Aurea or R dos Sapateiros between R da Vitoria and R de sau Nicolau

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/16162282 - appears to be on R Serpa Pinto btwn R Garrett and R Capelo.

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/12226210 - appears to be on R Anchieta btwn R Garrett and R Capelo.

I would delete the first one as on third ( European 3rd=US 4th)floor without an elevator. Both the others look excellent. Good locations.

Thanks! Although someone on TA said that the first one is in a flat area of town and the two other are almost on the top of a hill in Chiado - so maybe six of one half dozen of the other?? Hill or stairs.
