Which Marais apartment do you like better?

Not to complicate things, but we are staying in this flat in 2 weeks, right on Rue de Rosiers. I picked it for the location and also the size, plus the reviews were uniformly great. I've been dealing direclty with the owner, and she's been very pleasant and helpful. If you're interested, I could report back after our stay (1st week in April).

I was going to go with everyones advice and book the second one, however, I've sent two inquiries and still have not heard anything in 5 days. Time is of the essence so I will go with the one deeper in the Marais.

Justine, After three email inquiries, I called the number for the agent handeling the apartment and she said she would get back with me. She never did. She was very short with me on the phone. Not sure what was going on...
I ended up picking the other one in the Marais. It is more walking but hopefully we'll survive.
