These are an unusual selection, how did you pick them out of all th ehotels in Paris? At least the last 2 are. I've read good reviews of the New Orient for its level, but it isn't a very convenient location for one night, not being that close to a metro top. Le Citizen is a bad or worse in that regard, and it is so bland looking, I just wonder why you picked it.

It really could depend on your transportation issues. the Residence Henri IV is right off Notre Dame a block or two so is certainly central and you could take the RER to/from the airport from that locaiton, actually. The Duquesne Eiffel is in a bit more tranquil area but is also near a metro stop. SO I'd pick one of those two.

I've stayed many times at the Duquesne. Love that hotel!

I've stayed at the Duquesne quite a few times and will be there again next month. It's a nice tranquil place with easy access to the metro and also walking distance to the Tour Eiffel and around the corner from Les Invalides. The people who work there are very nice and the breakfast is good.

I can't speak for the other but, I can recomment the Duquesne.

We have reservations for the Duquesne but now thinking about staying outside of Paris and driving to France from Germany and taking a train into Paris.

I would not recommend that. You will waste a lot of time and money in transport. If you want to see Paris then stay in central Paris.

I always stay at the Duquesne. It is near metro and bus stops, walking distance to Eiffel Tower and many restaurants and cafes.
