Which Barcelona Hotel do Fodorites prefer???
There will be 9 of us spending 2 nights in Barcelona before boarding a cruise in September 2011, we require 5 rooms.
We have narrowed down the hotels to two choices:
- The Market Hotel
- Hotel Pulitzer
Both look like nice 3 star hotels.
If you are familiar with these hotels or their location, can you make a recommendation between the two? A convenient location to the sights of Barcelona(or to transportation to get us there) and good mid-priced restaurants is important.
Thanks

Pulitzer Best of your 2 sort of old but well located...
Market not as nice...
But with 5 rooms might consider
www.betterbidding.com for great priceline deals
lie Meridiens Hiltons Westins
Hotwire has the 4 star Grand Barino for $76/nt
great price...
Off a cruise the Eurostars Marina is great
www.orbitz.com good deals...
So might shop around a bit to save...
Personally pick up the 5 star Hilton or Meridien bidding
www.priceline.com from $90 or so AMAZING value.
Happy Hunting,
