which airport for Milan?

Hi - need to know whether we should arrange to drop our rental car off at Malpensa, Linate or the central train station before spending our last few nights in Italy in Milan. The quote for the train station is about 25e higher than Linate. I don't know the distances into the central city, timing, etc. Thanks -

Linate - 9 km out 20 mins by buses that leave about every ten minutes

Malpensa - 45 km out and 40 mins by Malpensa Express train to Cardona station near heart of town

From which airport do you depart? That would be the logical place to drop off your rental.

Not if the poster plans to stay in Milan for a few nights before flying home.

Linate would be closer.

Definitely Linate!

Try the other in-town locations too, which may give you the same price as dropping off at Linate.
