Which air or cruise consolidators are honest?

Have you used an airline or cruise consolidator that you can trust? Have you had bad experiences? I would love to know. Thanks.

Don't know if this group is a consolidator or just a discount TA, but I booked a fabulous Paris trip last Spring with a $299 rt on Air France and an inexpensive but charming hotel. <BR>FAREDEALS, 1-800-347-7006. If Joyce at extension 104 is still there, she was terrific. They also have a website, www.faredeals.com

Had a bad experience with Instant Travel based in Washington, DC. They booked the wrong flight for us to Istanbul and wouldn't change it since it was a consolidator ticket (we realized it after we received the tickets in the mail). Luckily the flight was on the same returning day but we had to get up at 2am for it. Also, they double charged our credit card. They fixed the problem but we had so many headaches with them that I would never use them again.
