Where's the cheese?

Looking for great cheese shops in London. Not to restart the cheese wars as on a previous thread, I am positive I will not be able to find the fine products of the UK in my neighborhood. thereyet

I don't know London very well but remembr going to a cheese tasting in Neal's Yard.

Yep, Neal's Yard Dairy right by the Donmar Warehouse is a wonderful place.
Also, the cheese shop on Jermyn Street --Paxton and Whitfield is simply spectacular.

Thanks NeoP and cigalechanta, both look very interesting. Anyone know of any in the Kensington, paddington, Notting Hill Area? Will be going to Portobello market.

Not strictly paddington, but there is a cheese shop in marylebone called La fromagerie. You can also try the farmer's market on the parking lot behind Marylebone High St. on sunday mornings.

Go to Borough Market on a Friday..lots of artisan cheese products from all over the UK ..and There's also a Neal's yard cheese shop on the side street from the market.

Lots of sampling too!
