Where would you go if...

You had 2 weeks off (last week of Feb in to the first week of March),and limited (medium to low budget -not lonely plant low, though), and decent weather was fairly important. Where would you go? What would you do???

Would largely depend on WHERE I lived, HOW MUCH $$$ was actually involved, PLACES I am drawn to and WHAT KIND OF THINGS interest me.

That said, how's about Rome.

Key West.
Sicily -- all the diverse beauty that Italy has, but at much lower prices. At that time of year, it is spring-like, mild weather, wildflowers blooming. Great food, charming small towns, lovely beaches, antiquities, and fascinating people. The roads are beautiful, so it's easy to get around by car. E-mail me for more info if you like.

Mexico, probably 1 week in Oaxaca and 1 week somewhere at the beach.

I suppose I would try either Barcelona or Israel. Someplace that I can have warmer weather and use my time to fly to a farther destination.

You mean in Europe? Sicily. I think the almond blossoms are in bloom at that time of year. I'd do any of the same the same things I'd do at any other time of year (except for certain purely seasonal things that can be done only at specific times of year other than Feb.-March).
