Where to watch Chiefs football in London?

Is there a London bar or pub where my brother can watch his beloved KC Chiefs play football on Sunday?

Bearing in mind I've not been -- but Belushi's south of the Shard and Borough Market apparently is known for showing NFL games. I'd call them before trekking all that way though.

Here are others you could check https://www.cityam.com/nfl-fan-these...tch-us-sports/

Oh -- and as bilboburgler says -- if you contact any of them -- be SURE to ask re their 'American football' schedule - not 'football'

Are you talking about this Sunday? The problem is, the Rugby World Cup and Premier League are likely to be on most of the screens, but for sure he should check Belushi’s.

They are Eagles bars, but he can at least watch Red Zone at Passyunk Avenue, and they do show games by request. They have several locations. https://passyunkavenue.com
Maybe he can write and ask them if they will be showing KC.

Here is one more…

A few years ago I posted about watching NFL in London and Fodors poster Heimdall was extremely helpful, looking up what games would be on. I wrote to this pub and they were showing those same games so I went there. If you are staying in the west, in could be another option. It depends on what is being shown on Sky Sports here, I believe.

Excellent, janis. Thank you.

Rialto, I'm afraid it is this Sunday at 1800 hours. I warned him that Kansas City sports doesn't loom as large around here as he might think. We just came down from Edinburgh, where Scotland got hammered in the World Cup, then the agony of that friendly match with England.

We will check those places. Thank you.

I can vouch for The Three Famous Kings, where we watched Green Bay lose to the Giants at Tottenham last year, and still had an amazingly good time. West Kensington tube stop.

Okay, here we go again. According to my Sky TV Guide the Chiefs vs Jaguars game will be shown live on Sky Sports Channel 407 at 5:00 pm. Any pub that has Sky Sports will be able to show it, and if your hotel room has Sky you might be able to see it from your room.

At 9:30 pm will be the Jets vs Cowboys game, and at 01:30 am will be Dolphins vs Patriots. Your brother is lucky, because Sky Sports shows only three NFL matches every Sunday, and this Sunday the Chiefs game will be one of them.

As Bilbo wrote, this is the middle of the Rugby World Cup, which is far more popular over here than NFL football, so any time a rugby match is on the sports bars will be showing it. On Sunday at 2:00 pm will be South Africa (go Springboks!) vs Romania, at 4:45 pm Australia vs Fiji (the Aussie fans would lynch you if you wanted to watch NFL), and at 8:00 pm will be England vs Japan, when every England fan will be watching.

I will be watching the South Africa and England matches for sure, especially since the won’t be showing the Packers (I originally come from Wisconsin).

Other NFL games shown this weekend are: tonight at 12:00 am Vikings vs Eagles, and Monday Night Football on Tuesday at 01:15 am Browns vs Steelers. I have my satellite box set to record those late night games so I can watch them in the morning.

Thank you, Heimd! I think he could watch the game on his phone if nothing else, but of course more fun surrounded by other Chiefs fans. Surely there are a few in this neck of the woods.

Our hotel has TV with hundreds of channels about finding the perfect rural home, other kinds of porn. We will check the hotel Sky News angle. Our other brother is also a Chiefs fan, will keep him company while I read a good book.

To watch Sky Sports you need to be somewhere that has a subscription to the Sky Sports channels — Sky News doesn’t show the games. Sometimes it’s frustrating for us NFL fans, because, for example, this Sunday I count eight NFL games in the 6:00 pm BST time slot, but only one will be shown on Sky Sports.

College football is shown on a different sports channel altogether, so except for Notre Dame games you need another subscription. Do a Google if you want to know why Sky shows only Notre Dame college football.

Huge Chiefs fan here. My Number One team is actually the oldest pro sports franchise in North America=our local Toronto Argos (currently celebrating their 150th anniversary) of the Canadian Football League. But Chiefs rank a close second.
Anyway Stoke, might an email to the American Embassy be worth your while?

The Jets season just went down the tubes, with a season-ending injury to their much-ballyhooed superstar newcomer. Pity.

Circa 2006:
I was once Googling in a NET cafe within a remote mountain community in western China. My goal there was to learn how my beloved underdog Argos had done in a recent playoff match in the CFL. When I learned that they'd just defeated the defending champs, I pumped my fist in the air. That animated gesture that puzzled fellow cafe customers.

I am done. the fumble

PS once passed an outdoors Dolphins-Raiders practice in Tokyo back in '91
PSS Stoke, I pardon you for loathing NFL football.

Ah, thank you, zebec. I very much like the passing and catching part, and Mahomes, if only they wouldn't keep knocking each other down.

Love that China anecdote.

I sent the Embassy an Instagram message, since I don't do FB or Twitter. I like that idea, zebec. Our tax dollars at work, maybe.

Did you find somewhere to watch the Chiefs game? I’m watching it now at home on Sky Sports 407.

Heimdall, I’m so bummed… I used to be able to get NFL game pass in every country. Now they went to DAZN which is not in every country. I’m in Croatia so I can’t even watch Red Zone. You are lucky…

hopefully the OPs brother found a place.

I’ll be switching over to England vs Japan in the Rugby World Cup at 8 pm. KC are leading 7-6 at halftime. KC scored a touchdown with 27 seconds to go, and Jax replied with a field goal with 2 seconds left. Packers are leading the Falcons 10-9 at halftime.

If you can get NFL.com in Croatia at least you’ll be able to follow the scores.
