Where to visit in March?
I have the last three weeks in March for holidays and would like to go somewhere in Europe where the weather won't be too cold. Turkey, Greece, Spain or Portugal are the countries I'm considering. We spent last March in Rome and Egypt and loved it even though Rome was unseasonally cold and Egypt was unseasonally hot.

I think Spain would be really nice in March. I haven't been to Greece since the 60's, so I don't recall much about the weather, though I assume it would be quite nice. Spain would be my choice though.

Before I even opened your post, I thought Spain. That would be my first choice.

Your options are good. Add Cyprus and Malta

Cyprus is lovely in March. The spring flowers are in bloom and the tourists have not yet invaded. Perfect for sightseeing.

be aware southern spain does not always have good weather in march. My sister lives near seville and we have been there in march and had a frost and also it rains frequently. In fact this year they have had 3 years rain in the first 3 months of the year. Their well has four times as much a water as usual. I would head as far south as possible, as others say cyprus or maybe southern turkey

When I saw the title of the thread I saw Rome but I see you did that last year. Sicily?
