Where to Travel in July

My husband and I are looking to go to Europe for about a week in July. We've previously gone to London (liked it), Paris (liked it), Istanbul (eh), Rome (eh), Madrid (liked it), Barcelona (eh) Florence (loved it), Seville (loved it), Granada (loved it) and Cordoba (loved it). From this we're guessing that we seem to like less major metropolis tourist hubs and more "provincial" cities. Any recommendations? We tend to jam-pack our days and cover a lot in a short time frame so would expect to probably go to two or more destinations in the ~7-8 days we'll be traveling.

Amsterdam & Bruges; Edinburgh; Dublin & a bit of the West coast of Ireland; Dublin & Belfast (Or Edinburgh plus one of those two);

How about Switzerland - spend 3-4 days in the lovely alps around Interlaken:

and hit some nice smaller cities like Montreux or Vevey - fly into Zurich and out of Geneva perhaps. For lots on trains check www.sbb.ch; BETS-European Rail Experts and www.ricksteves.com.

Good to hear London , Paris and Madrid are provincial -)

What exactly do you want to see?

I'd suggest Berlin if you like Madrid,Paris and London for the museums. But it would help if you told us what you liked about them.
