Southeast of Toulouse is a small village called Saint-Félix-Lauragais. We stayed at the Auberge du Poids Public several years ago and had dinner in what was then a one-star I believe. Looks like they lost the star...not sure. It was a fabulous meal and the room was small but perfect -- a memorable stop on a trip across the southwest of France.
