where to stay in Venice
 

My daughter and I are still planning our trip to Italy and Germany. These forums have been such a help! So far we have booked reservations based on recommendations found here in Rome, 5 Terre, and Florence.

My husband will be joining us in Venice so while there we will need accommodations for three people. We would like to keep the price no more than 200E.

Any suggestions?

When is this trip and how many days in Venice? An apartment might be better value for your budget.

I know that the Ala and Flora hotels have triples.

Jean - We arrive June 2 and are staying for three nights. I'll look up those hotels.

Hotel Marconi is on the Grand Canal near Rialto Bridge.
We found it very convenient for our recent short stay:

We just stayed at the Ruzzini Palace pre cruise and Hotel Ponte Mocinego post cruise. Highly recommend both.
