Where to stay in Milan, Venice, Florence, and Rome

I will soon be in Italy this month and we are planning on going to these cities in Italy. Any suggestions on where to stay in these cities? We are looking for a double bed, bathroom, B&B type places with breakfast. I would prefer a place closer to the sites and main centers than a place with better amenities. We are looking to spend around 100-120 euros per night.
Thanks!

Take a look at reviews on TripAdvisor.com and Booking.com. You can put in the city and I know on TA you can put in your budget and get a list of places that meet your requirements. Based on your request in Rome you will want to stay near the Pantheon, PIazza Navona or Campo dei Fiori. For Venice the main center is Piazza San Marco but Venice is not that big and most any sestiere you choose will be fine - just be sure and NOT stay in Mestre that is NOT Venice proper, but on the mainland.

It's very late to reserve these cities. Venere.com is another booking engine you can try.

You might also look at eurocheapo.com. This is very late and you may have trouble finding places within your budget with private bath.

You can try Palazzo Cendon in Venice. It is near Tre Archi off of Lista di Spagna. Your budget just may get you a small room with no
view of a canal, but you are really scraping it.

For Rome, you can try Hotel Kennedy near Termini Station.

I don't know any budget hotels in Florence or Milano.

Good luck. You are very late in planning.
