First - turn off the all caps -- you'll get more help if you don't yell
You need to tell us more: What time do you land? What time is your departure flight? Do you also arrive at Gatwick? What is your budget?

You could pre- arrange for a car service to take you from Heathrow into London and check into a hotel near Victoria Station ( there's a Thistle hotel just around the corner from Victoria.) Then you could freshen up and stash your luggage before taking the Tube from Victoria to Tower Hill. The Tower closes at 5:30 pm.
The next morning you can take the Gatwick Express from Victoria Station to the airport; the trip takes 30 minutes. The Express runs every 15 minutes beginning at 5 am.
Just so you know: Gatwick Airport is about 30 miles south of London.
There's a Hilton at Gatwick 's south terminal and a Sofitel at Gatwick's north terminal.
