where to stay
After arriving in Shannon Sept. 6, what are the recommended B & Bs in either Ennis or Limerick or close to either one?

Sorry, but your titles are too vague and I suggest you repost with a more specific title. You also have another thread entitled 'Where to start'. Reposting may result in getting more replies.

I strongly agree that you need to repost. But, with apologies to Rex, I will say that we were happy with Grey Gables B&B in Ennis.

You don't owe me an apology. But an alternative might be to simply to refer the OP to another post of yours... and still ask that this person re-post.

My parents stayed in County Carlow- about 45 minutes south of Dublin. They stayed in a hotel called the Lord Bagnals Inn- was supposed to be fantastic. Friends of our stayed there as well.

We stayed at Rose Cottage B&B in Ennis and the best part about that was: After a crack-of-dawn arrival at Shannon, Carmel Daniels checked us in at 9:00AM - we took a nap and were up and about by 1:00 PM

ummmmm, Co. Carlow is no where near Limerick or Ennis. You could also stay in Bunratty which is a village full of nice B&Bs. Try Bunratty Lodge or Headly Court. I've heard good things about the Ashgrove too.
