Where to meet at the Munich Airport
 

We are traveling with friends from another part of the country. We will both be flying into Munich and plan to hook up there.

I need you advice on a good place to meet them at the Munich airport, preferable a coffee shop or someplace you could comfortably wait in case we arrive a few hours apart. Thanks for your help.

Their microbrew is cheap and good!

It's in the open air area between the two terminals, opposite of B.K.

The Airbräu Brauhaus could be an idea. A microbrew in the Central Zone, between Terminals 1 and 2. You can get a coffee there, too ;-)

If both you and your friends arrive in Terminal 2, there is an open sports bar (definetely more a coffee shop than a real "sports bar") right opposite the central exit after customs (already landside).

Thanks for your answers. I thought I was going to have to make a trip to Munich just to check that out before my trip with friends. I'm glad you saved me from that.

Now I'll have to find another reason to go to Munich another time. Maybe I could go to check on how cold the beer is.
