Where To go july.or Aug where the weather is comfortable

I would like to go to a place in Europe that is culturally interesting as well as astecically beautiful. In other words I am not that young cute chick anymore that needs great bars and a lot hiking. Walking yes.. The weather must be comfortable,as July or Aug are the only months that I can get away

Summer in Europe, specifically Italy, will be hot and not comfortable. However, if I were to choose between the 2 months, I would opt for July due to less crowds and not as hot as August.

I would suggest staying along the Amalfi Coast or even on Capri where you can enjoy some peace and ambiance - as well as cooling ocean breezes.

The Baltic States and Scandinavia are very likely to have temperatures that aren't too hot. Of course rain is quite possible. But you will also get the advantage of 18-22 hours of sunlight per day. You could certainly find much of cultural interest in those places.

Scotland or Ireland would also work at that time of year.
