Where to go for Thai food in Paris

Any recommendations? Location does not matter.

Thanks

Well, there are the expensive Thai restaurants and then there are the little formica table places in the 13th or in Belleville. Then again, you must keep in mind that the majority of such places are actually run by the Indochinese and modifications have been made to most of the dishes. Are you adventurous?

Here's one on rue de Tolbiac right next to metro Tolbiac.

I've heard of this one (it's a high-end chain), but I haven't been there:

Look at Chowhound.com and Zagat.com.

But, I have to ask, why Thai in Paris?

Can't answer for OP, but we seek out Vietnamese food in France about every third day to get more vegetables than most cafe/restaurant/brasserie food provides.

Of course, to follow up on Kerouac, Vietnamese food in Paris is almost all Hanoi style, which is darker and uses fewer vegetables than the South Vietnamese style we are used to here in the States, but it mostly satisfies our needs.

We will have to think about Thai. Good reminder. Also we should look for Cambodian, since it is almost always a wonderful marriage of the best of Asian and French food.

We've enjoyed this place on many occasions:

Thank you all!

Why Thai? Well French cuisine is my favorite, but Thai comes a close second.
