Where to go at end of November ?
 

We have a week (10 days?) vacation coming up at the end of November and would like to go somewhere in Europe where there won't be too much wind and rain. Is there such a place in Europe in November ? Spain & Portugal, maybe ?
Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

That is the time of year I love to go to the Christmas markets in Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, etc.

Rome, Amalfi, Capri. Weather is moderate. Light jackets, possibly some rain, but beautiful otherwise, with no crowds.

If you are looking for moderate weather in November in Europe I would probably recommend Greece, especially someplace such as Crete. Italy, especially in the south may be decent. Turkey may be another destination possibility but I have never been there. Last year Spain and Portugal had alot of rain in November. I would not go to Central or Northern or Eastern Europe at this time if weather is a major concern. I do not mind cities such as London or Paris in November but the country can be rather dreary during this time. I like going to Europe during
November but I do plan for the possibility of rain and 40 to 50 degree weather with gortex jackets and shoes.

Try Malta/ Gozo or Sicily weather was nice when I was there last November very little rain warm 65 -70 in day cool at night 50-60 light jacket needed not too windy.
