where to get opera tickets in Verona

Hi,
I'll be in Verona around the end of June...can I pre-purchase tickets to an open-air opera anywhere on the web or can I do that only once I'm there? Any suggestions? I don't care which Opera, am more after the experience. We are a group of 4
Thanks in advance!
Kay

Good afternoon, Kay
About a year or so while surfing there
was a site based in UK that offered
tickets for various events in IT. Suggest you search, maybe you can pick
it up.
Here are a couple of urls for Verona,
if you can find any information on the
site, write to the web master with your
question.
http://www.arena.it/=====www.comune....ona_home.html/
Good surfing, Richard of La Grange Park, Il...

If you haven't checked it out yet, are you aware that the first performance at Verona Opera is June 30- Nabucco? Use the www.arena.it/English/ site to book direct. We had our hotel get ours (an additional 3000 L per ticket, but hopefully better seats). I doubt that you will be able to purchase tickets once you are there, probably sold out.

Thank you everyone...
The site that Rick mentioned does not offer on-line booking yet...but I could subscribe there to an e-mail notification of sorts.
I will try to contact my hotel hotelrizzi.com maybe they can help! Thank you for the advice!
Kay
