Where to find warm weather in late March?

Sera- I usually travel in late March, as it is the latest part of hte shoulder season. Spain was in the 60's-70's when I went in 2000- and as zootsi said divine in Seville with the scent of orange blossoms in the streets. I also enjoyed the wisteria at Al Hambra and walks in Costa del Sol in that mild weather. I have also found England and France mild in the first week of April. I'll never leave home with anything heavier than a raincoat again.
