Where to find the best deals on Vacation packages?
 

Hi. I am interested in vacationing at Xmas time for a week, does anyone know where on the net the best priced vacations are? It seems everything is so expensive at this time, thanks if you can help me!

Christmas is very popular for traveling. Most packages or discounts have "black out dates" over that week.

I'd check out one of the vacation direct to consumer aggregators. I always go to sites like DunhillVacations.com for packages, destinations and tours. I think you'll find something for Christmas. I'm sure Sol Melia, Club Med, Apple Vacations, and others have all inclusive deals, air fare included.

I was very happy with the trip & the price.

It was just airfare & hotel.

I have found the overall best prices can be found on travelzoo.com once you go on their site you can check for the best deals that everybody has to offer. Airfares, cruises, car rental, whatever. You also can sign up for them to send you by email their top 20 deals for the week that keeps you in touch with whats happening with travel. Everyone in our family uses it.

My brother, SIL, and I took a United Airlines package to London and Paris a few years ago. The total price depended on the class of hotel one chose. It was a great deal...then. It included airfare to Heathrow and return out of CDG, Eurostar to Paris from London, transportation from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport, and some little stuff. So, you might check and see if they are offering those packages still.

We had good luck during high season (July-Aug) with europeandestinations.com this year, so maybe for Christmas-time they have something that would work as well , for you. Good Luck!
