Where to Buy Good Ceramics in Lisbon
 

I spent a lot of time in Portugal last year and bought some very nice ceramics in Coimbra and also in a couple of towns in the Alentejo. I'm taking a quick return trip to Lisbon and wonder if anyone has any recommendations on stores with high quality ceramics in Lisbon itself -- all I can think of are the places that sell the mass produced low end stuff. Thanks in advance.

I can't tell you exactly where it is but if you walk north from Rossio, on your left there's a cable railway that takes you up. At the foot of that you will find a Portuguese (or Lisbon) Tourist Office and in that same block there's a large Store (Casa Bordados de Madeira) that sells a selection of Ceramics.

Sorry, I can't tell you the address but you should be able to find it with those directions ... You might also try in Colombo Mall.
