I would like to change My wired GPS to a Bluetooth one; does any one know any trace about it? I appreciate if the price is lower.

I'm curious - what features does a bluetooth GPS have? The only wire my basic old GPS has is for power.

Bluetooth GPS is not quite a new tech nowadays, I know German and Gisteq have Bluetooth ones, but the prices are a little higher. Easytagger said its Bluetooth GPS would be released next month with a lower price on its web. You may wait and see it.

I did a little more looking around. From what I can tell the bluetooth feature is for hands free cell phone calling. You still need to have a wire to power your GPS. I have a bluetooth ear piece and don't need to pay for that feature on my GPS.

I don't get the reference to changing from a wired GPS. Am I missing something?

Do you mean geotagging? That is not car gps. That related with photography. And there are certain bluetooth solutions now.

Yes, I am saying geotagging photos not car gps. So it seems only Easytagger I could wait, hope it could come out before Christmas.
