Where is the fastest way to buy a Paris Museum Pass?
I leave for Europe in less than a week and I was wondering where I can buy the Paris Museum Pass...
say I buy it at Rodin.. how would I get and by past the line if i have to go in the line to buy the actual pass?

I was in Paris in November of 2007 and I bought mine at the Musee du Quai Branly. We had just come from the Eiffel Tower and it was around 5 pm, the museum is very close to the ET. The museum was going to close in an hour, so there was no line at all to buy the museum pass. That's my 2 cents, on your first day, buy it at any museum close to closing time.

There won't be a much of a line at the Rodin. Just a few people and then you buy the pass.
the only places that will usually have long lines are the Musee d'Orsay, the Louvre and Versailles. Just buy your pass at one of the other covered sites/museums.

We bought ours at the train station after arriving from London on the Eurostar. You can check their website to find a location more convenient for your travels. Have fun! http://en.parismuseumpass.com/rub-th...?cat=1&type=31

We bought ours at the tourism office on Rue des Pyramides. No one there, no wait. They're open until 7 p.m. Another time we bought them at the Maritime Museum. Same--no line.
Just go to a smaller museum where there won't be many people.

In May 2009 we were on a United flight into CDG. After getting our bags we found a Tourist Information desk by the main newstand.
They sold us our Museum pass and train tickets to Paris.
They also had Paris maps for the Metro, RER trains and buses.
At 7:00am there was no line.
It seemed too good to be true.
