Where is that funny cartoon about Italy???
 

I could swear it was on this forum that someone once posted a link to a really cute cartoon that showed how Italians park, wait in line, wait for a bus, etc, compared to the rest of Europe. The Italian was represented by a little Italian flag, I think. I've tried searching for it, but I have no idea what the subject line was or even what keyword or phrase to search for. Heck, it may not have even been on this forum.
