Where is Lamole in Chianti?

Someone mentioned this town and said they have seen it on postings in this forum, that people have said it was a beautiful town. I did not see it when we drove through Chianti and I cannot find it on my map.
Can someone enlighten me?

Lamole is not a Village or Town, but just a place between Greve in Chianti and Panzano in Chianti, on the left side,5 km away from the main road to Siena.

Lamole is what is known as a "borgo", that is, a castle, surrounding buildings and estate. The castle houses appartments for weekly rent. For a general view see

http://www.ilcasserodilamole.it/uk_home.htm

Paulo

Thanks to all. I thought maybe we had missed something really important when we were driving in Chianti! However,I now cannot find Panzano and I have one of the best maps around.
