Where in Italy is Cinque Terre?

I swear I've tried, but I can't find it on a map. Maybe I'm spelling it wrong when I look it up. Thanks.

You have it spelled right. SEarch in google and several links come up. It's just NW of Pisa. Try La Spezia, the closest train station town to C Terre

Thank you. I found a website that lists the five villages which are on my atlas, but Cinque Terre is not - perhaps because it's the name of the area, but not a town itself. Thanks.

As the name suggests, the Cinque Terre are five villages. They are along the coast north of La Spezia. Each one has a railway station served by local trains. La Spezia is the nearest big town and there are hotels near La Spezia station if you arrive in the evening, but it's a naval base so is not too pleasant a place to stay.

5Terre is indeed not the name of a town or village. It stands for the (region of the) 5 villages you found on the map...
