For print film, without a doubt the easiest and the best is to order your film from www.bhphoto.com. Also order an A&I film mailer for each roll. A&I is arguably the finest lab in the country.

Simply mail your film to A&I and you'll get it back in about a week. Best of all, you'll have paid for everything up front. And you won't have to drive anywhere. They also do CD service. It's a little more money than your local drug store, but not that much more.

Hope this helps.

Jim, is that where you get most of your scans? I always admired the quality of your Web photos, along with your part of the equation. How much do they normally charge for a roll of 36 on disk?
