I love paella. IS there a city that makes the best one in Spain?

Paella is a "native" dish of the region of Valencia, in the Eastern Mediterranean coast. That's your best bet for absolutely scrumptious paella, and for the most authentic recipes, but really anywhere in Spain you are bound to find good Paella no matter where you go, as most people stick to the same traditional recipe.

I have had beautiful ones all over - actually, Bilbao had some fantastic ones, Madrid definitely, and Barcelona.
