Where can I rent a car in London?

I want to drive by myself in London, but I'm not familiar with car rental in London, so If you have the same experience, please let me know.

All the usual agencies are littered around the place. I'd use auto Europe to get the best overall deal. If you must go direct then use Goggle maps.

I've lived in the UK all my life and often driven in London. I can think of no reason to do so for pleasure, I would advise against it.

I don't recommend driving in London; congested roads, expensive and limited parking, congestion charge.
It's much easier to use public transport. Or taxi's if you have mobility issues.

There’s no need to rent a car to drive around in London but if you want to take an excursion somewhere driving out of London, you can do so from a point on the outskirts or an airport/station etc. if public transportation isn’t an option.
I do drive in London but only in the evenings, weekends or bank holidays, otherwise you pay congestion charges + expensive parking.
