Buy your ticket with the railway company which operates that train (such as SNCF, Deutsche Bahn or Trenitalia) or use www.captaintrain.com/en.

For which country are you trying to buy a ticket? As Tonfromleiden says, go to the national ticket site to buy.

Raileurope is just a reseller for tickets from the various national rail companies. They do not run any trains so there is no need to deal with them. Agree, go to the railroad of the country where you will start the trip.

If you're looking for Vienna to Venice train you asked about last year, you've got the choice between ÖBB, the Austrian (https://ticketing.oebb.at/inet/pub/en/ticket) and the Italian railways (http://www.trenitalia.com/tcom-en). Trenitalia only listens to the Italian originals of place names, but they understand »Vienna« for »Wien«.

Thank you all very much for your suggestion. Finally found the train tickets we are looking for. Just got the ticket from OBB without having to pay for booking and courier fee ( 30 Euros )
You all have a nice day.
