Where are you going this year and where are you going next year?

This year (February) I went to Thailand. Next year it's Malta/Sicily in March/April. After that, anything I can afford!

This year I went to Spain & Portugal in the spring and France & Belgium in the fall.

Next year I'm planning on China in the spring and Italy & Switzerland in the fall. If I'm very fortunate!!!

This year: Oct 11:Italy (Rome/Amalfi Coast/Ischia) Nov 7 Cruise (Caymans)
Dec 4 Paris.
Next year: Always Vegas for Super Bowl,
London and Ireland. Happy traveling to all!

This year went to Paris, Budapest, Rome, Marbella, Bali and Morocco and going again to Rome at the end of the month.

Next year: Brazil, Costa Rica or Turkey in Summer, some places in Europe. I'm European, so I go often to some european cities.

This year I've already been (all on seperate trips) to the English Lake Districts and Yorkshire Dales, London 3X, Prague, Paris 2x, Florence/Tuscany, Provence, Dordogne, Val d'Isere, Lake Michigan (I live in Switzerland).

This month-Paris again
Next month-Michigan again
Christmas-Safari Tanzania and Zanzibar.
2003 March-Val d'Isere, France
April-Andalusia, Spain
May-Greece or Turkey
July/August-Seattle and Alaska Cruise

Haven't decided on the rest of next year yet

(Donna - your question has been answered with a lot of very good tips for economising a couple of times - I'll try to pull it up for you. Personally, we are fortunate enough to be able to travel because we're living as expatriates in China, which gives us both extra vacation days and a travel allowance.)

In 2002, we've been to Ho Chi Minh (for a weekend), Bali (for a week), and Singapore (for 9 hours!).

2003 plan:

Christmas: Egypt

May (national holiday): I'm voting for Prague, my husband is voting for London.

June: Celebrating best friend's birthday on the Oregon coast - would MUCH, MUCH rather to to Europe!!! I'm really not thrilled with taking a week and flying halfway across the world to stay on the Oregon coast - I'm originally from the Pacific Northwest. Sigh.
