When you buy Vatican tickets online how late can you be?
This morning woke up all ready to go to the airport and found out easyjet had canceled our flight. We can probably make it to the vatican 2 hours after our assigned time.
Do you think the tickets are still valid?
thanks

try sending an email to: [email protected]. That's the email that's on the vatican museums website on their FAQ. They say that you have to request a change of date/time 72 hours ahead of time, but if you explain to them, they might cut you some slack. Please post what happens!

I'm pretty sure the ticket is still valid (i.e., you will not have to pay again). They may not let you skip the line, though, and make you stand in the regular line (which will not be very long in early January).

ok what I've done so far is taking cferrb's advice I searched further on the vatican's site even though the tickets say no changes etc.
On the left they have change your reservation and after emails of different codes going back in forth I was able to change the time.
Now the time is for 3 PM with our flight getting in at 2:10 hmmmm
You're right Zerlina now it really seems pointless to have paid the extra money to do it online.

FWIW, going in with a ticket in early December - no-one looked at the time printed on the ticket when we actually went in.
There's a cloakroom at the entrance (where I THINK you can leave bags): just go straight from the airport - and if you don't get there till 4, just charge in anyway.
