hotels for families

We are going on a family trip to France, Italy and England in June. It is very difficult to find hotel rooms (especially in Paris) that will hold four people. Any suggestions (Paris, Beaune, Chamonix, Florence, Venice, Rome and London)
Thanks!
Pam
You might consider renting self-catering places instead. In London, Scala House will rent by the week, or shorter periods for a slightly higher rate, but they have suites that will sleep 4 for less than a hotel complete with kitchens, parlor, etc.

I was able to find hotels with "quad" rooms in London, Paris, Rome, Florence and Venice using these web-sites:

London:
www.hotel-assist.com
www.smoothhound.co.uk

Paris:< BR>www.hotelboulevard.com

Rome/Florence/Venice:
www.venere.it
www.itwg.it

In London - these hotels have nice quad rooms (3 star hotels):

Burns Hotel
London Guards Hotel (ask for the larger of the two quads)
London Elizabeth Hotel

In Rome we stayed at the Albergo Santa Chiara - room 102. Very comfortable and pleasant in a great location near the Pantheon.
It's hard to recommend without knowing your price range.

Paris: la Motte-Picquet, Hotel du Palais Bourbon, Le Tourville.

Look on www.france.com
You put in your dates, area and price range and hotels come up with guests' comments and prices per type of room.

www.france-hotel-guide.com is good that way too. No comments, though.

email hotels you are interested directly and ask. many don't mention quads or family rooms on their sites. some we found are (we, family of 4, stayed at these):
paris: grand hotel st. michel in latin quarter, 3*, has 2 room suite. it's very cramped but works if you don't care about have lots of space.
Venice: Hotel FLora, www.hotelflora.it, 3*, very charming.
Florence: Hotel casci, 2*, www.hotelcasci.com, very clean, quiet convenient and run by the nicest family.
Rome: Santa chiara, www.venere.com/it/roma/santa_chiara/, 3*, also great location, etc.

Also in rome (but i didn't stay in these), due torre, la residenza and guilio cesar.

If you do text search on these names, you'll find more comments.
