I have just called and if you buy the "bono turístico" ( 3 or 5 days) it includes a guaranteed visit ot the Alhambra.

You can call 24 hrs/ day or go online. Every day there are 25 entrances reserved for bono turistico holders. You fix your date.

Might be a good solution for someone at some point as I was unaware of this option.

make that 225 entrances. Sorry my proofreading/ lack of is always SOOOO bad.

However, if the 225 tickets are already given out, you are out of luck, ( need to take a private tour through hotel or agency which is also a very good idea )but they usually are given out at a slower rate than the box office and online sales I am told.
