Hi
there are lots of websites where you can check 5-day forecasts and even historical conditions for the time of year you will be there. Just a few
are wunderground.com; cnn.com, nytimes.com, weather.com, etc etc
Check the forecasts from more than one source; they tend to vary.

However, Paris weather is fickle, and
no matter what, bring an umbrella and a warm jacket, preferably water-resistant, and plan to dress in layers so you'll be prepared for temps in the 30sF or 40sF. Also bring comfortable waterproof boots or shoes.

Paris is quite far north, on a latitude with Seattle or Vancouver.
I highly recommend thin silk ski underwear which adds a lot of warmth without bulk. And extra dry socks.

Latitude is a funny thing when it comes to cold weather. And it's easy to think that some places are further north or south than they really are.

Can you put the following places (listed alphabetically) in south to north order?

1. International Falls, MN
2. Montreal
3. Paris
4. Seattle
5. Toronto
6. Vancouver, BC

Answer: 5,2,4,3,1,6

Best wishes,

Rex

3.

usually cold some rain and some days of exceptional warmth. This is when we were in Paris. We never noticed how grey it was until we got home and looked at the photos we'd taken while there..otherwise track the temps before you leave to get an idea.

I use www.weatherbase.com to find statistics for weather conditions when traveling. Have a great trip. Deborah

We were in Paris last mid March and the temperatures were quite mild. We crossed the Enhlish Channel in t-shirts.

I was there in 2002 in mid-March and it was rainy and chilly. But still wonderful.

There last week of Feb. last year. Be sure you have waterproof shoes if you don't want to freeze to death. I also wore silk long johns under my slacks. I'm from Minneapolis so I know cold weather, but you still need appropriate clothes (gloves, scarves, hats & umbrellas). It was rather bleak. Dress in layers so you can start taking things off when you go in the overheated buildings.
