What's playing on Virgin?
 

Hey everyone... totally silly question that maybe someone who recently flew to LHR (I'm leaving from SFO) can answer.

Is there a list of what's currently playing on the individual screens? I know you have a lot of choices but didn't know if there was a list of the feature films you choose from during the flight.

I haven't flown on a plane with those individual media screens yet and I'm getting a bit excited about the flight.

And does anyone know if they've got Teletubbies on Virgin? (You know, those crazy British children's animated creatures named Laa Laa, Po, and Tinky Winky, the sexually ambiguous purple one? ;) ) My 16 month old just discovered this show and it certainly might make the flight go easier. :)

Haven't flown Virgin lately, but love the individual screens on British Air. The movies running are in the airline magazine (in the pocket on the seat in front of you) with some films on outbound flights and different films on inbound. I would assume Virgin is similarly set up. They also list choices other than movies.

Can't help with what's available for children. I'm told I sometimes act childish, but haven't yet reverted to watching their brand of TV/movies. :-d

I flew Virgin to London last month and there were oodles of chioces (I can't remember but I think over 100). I also think I saw Teletubbies listed but as my own angel is 19 years old, I didn't pay attention to it!

* I did fly Premium so I'm not sure if all the screens are the same but I think so.

We just flew Virgin a week ago. Besides individual screens, our plane had controls so you could start, stop, pause, rewind and forward. There were about 50 movie choices, including a great kids' section with both Shrek movies, Scooby Doo cartoons, Clifford etc. My two boys were in heaven. I watched Mean Girls and Mystic River and parts of two others. It also had books on tape, games, loads of tv programs and you could call from seat to seat. I don't remember the Teletubbies, but they'll be something for your toddler. Have a great trip.
