What type of outwear/shoes for our March trip?

Hi Guys,

I hope I am not driving you guys crazy with all these questions...but here's another one. What type of coat and shoes should we bring for our March trip. I am looking at a great pait of rainproof shoes and a rain coat with lining?
Please advise.
Thank you-

Where are you going?

DixieChick,

Your rain coat and your water proof shoes sound perfect. Just be sure to layer.

Good luck, Joan

Don't worry too much about the clothes. I live here in Ireland and don't own any eaterproof shoes or a rain coat. Bring whats comfortable. It does not rain as much as people think! OK maybe the jacket and just layer...keeping warm is important but still its milder here than say NY in March.
