All this discussion about the proper words and what the dish is named for is making me hungry and dizzy. All I know is, if I see the words Bucatini and Amatriciana on the same line -- I'm ordering it!

I'm another big fan of the amatriciana sauce, but try it w/ fetucini...the holes in the bucatini make it hard to slurp.<BR>j.
