What to do with Kruidenmosterd?

I have received a jar of Kruidenmosterd so I'd like to know what is the best way of using this gift. I have googled and mostly seen recipes using this (had to translate, lots of funny sounding samples).

Is this a condiment or sauce meant to be used only in cooking?

As with any mustard, I would say that only your taste buds are the limit. Use it on a roastbeef sandwich like plain mustard or for cooking. I would not assume that it is popular as a sauce (only as a condiment for making a sauce).

Kruidenmosterd is just herb mustard. You use it like any other mustard.

You may stir a teaspoon of kruidenmosterd into a sauce.

Delicious with cheese, ham, beef (of course) but also with chicken. Use it as normal mustard. It tends to be a bit sweeter than normal mustard as it often contains honey as well as herbs, depending on the type.

Thanks for the replies. Tried the mustard with dinner tonight and enjoyed it very much.
