What are you interested in seeing? Museums? Countryside? Modern buildings? Old Buildings? Cities? Villages?
Do you wnat ot travel by train or rent a car? hire a bike?
We need more imformation.
In answer to your other thread about a private guide - I don't really think you need one. You could join a guided walk around Amsterdam maybe, or a guided bike ride, but the majority of people visiting the Netherlands do so without a guide.
Pleas let us know what you have in mind to see and we will do our best to help you.

You surelly do not need a guide when you visit Holland.
Some general cities/places to visit are
The Hague - they have the Peace Palace, nice beach with a boulavard, and nice city centre.
Delft - A very nice, old, little city, with a lot of culture and nice architecture.
Keukenhof - 'the place with all the tulips' its very nice, check google on keukenhof to see more about it.
Amsterdam - to much to say, from museums to coffeeshops and from old buildings to the redlight district. amsterdam got it all.

Outside of A'dam for day trips:
Utrecht: nice town with sunken canals, good restaurants, Netherlands RR museum, and nice views for Dom Church Tower.
Haarlem: small quiet town with nice walks.
Naarden: small town with double-walled, double-moated fortress.

Holland is pretty small - you can reach many destinations within one hour. Here a few thoughts:
- Alkmaar may be a destination (famous cheese market, cheese mueseum, beer museum etc.).
- The Keukenhof (southwest of Amsterdam) is perhaps the most fascinating place for flowers. http://www.keukenhof.nl
- Haarlem has been mentioned.
- Also another vote for Utrecht.
- Leiden has several good museums.
