What to do in Arles for four hours?

We are boarding a river boat and need a good restaurant for lunch and something of interest for the afternoon. Any suggestions?

<BR>A walk on the Alyscamps (roman cemetery)? And perhaps a brief visit to the cloister?

There is a marked walking tour of the town which points out many of the Roman features. I don't know what they call it, but I believe you don't even need a map-- just follow signs. I don't recall any restaurants-- hope someone else can help!

facing the forum where all the cafes are is the excellant restaurant "vaccares" you may get a seat on the balcony over looking the forum including the one Van Goth painted. The courtyard lunch at the Calendal" hotel was nice and the beautiful bar at the legendary hotel Nord Pinus with all the bullfighting memorabilia.
