what's santa wearing on your roof?

Merry Christmas!
I was just feeling sorry for Santa; having to travel around the world with various changes of clothes, depending on the weather.

What will he need to wear where you are just now? In Greater Manchester, he will need a raincoat (there's a suprise) but no jumper; it is mild and wet!

Merry Xmas to you too.

Santa needed a small rowboat to approach our house last night, it poured rain all day.
But it looks like he made it and left a few gifts...

Its clear and sunny with a touch of chill in the air. Santa could wear a light jacket and remove it later this morning.

Here in Northern Ontario, snow fell softly all Christmas Eve affording a picture perfect Eve.......very mild and Santa could get away with a light jacket also.......and then have to take it off after doing some shovelling.

Happy Christmas
North Bay, Ontario

He's going to have to wear snowshoes. It's gotta be mighty slippery up there! It's 16 f right now.

Santa needed a raincoat and umbrella in Connecticut. It rained "cats and dogs" yesterday. We are so busy with our large family it didn't matter. We are so lucky.

Buon Natale e Buon Anno 2004!

Here in Kuwait Santa wore his winter dish-dasha, his festive red and white gutra and his sandals. As a concession to the 60ish degree weather (which is considered cold by the locals), he did wear socks with his sandals and a blazer over his dish dasha.

When Santa got to the roof of my house in Marin County he was naked! The police came and took him away. Or maybe that was just dear Mr. Simpson from next door after too many eggnogs.

When I saw him, he had a t shirt that said These colors don't run and this was covered with

a red jogging outfit. He also had white tennis shoes and a fanny pack. All this was topped off with a very nice baseball cap.

After all ,he is an American tourist isn't he???

Stevelyon: is it true the average March temp for Manchester is 17 F? That internet factoid kept us from grabbing a cheapie fare earllier this month - and it wasn't on Santa's delayed sleigh delivery (just to keep within the topic bounds)...
