For manmade "WOWs" for me it would be the Golden Temple at sunset in Amritsar and Taj Mahal at sunrise, both are spectacular.

For natural "WOWs", Jiuzhaigou National Park in northern Sichuan province in China, spectacular scenery of waterfalls, lakes, forests and mountains. Scattered throughout are Tibetan prayer wheels and stupas.

Without a doubt it's got to be the Alps from anywhere in the Berner Oberland.
WOW!!!
Also, Hallstatt, Austria for the most "heaven-like" feeling.
