What kind of electrical adapters

Four days before we leave for Croatia, and my husband wants to know what kind of an adapter he will need to re-charge his razor? He does have a battery one, to use in reserve. Can anyone provide some info? Ciao. mhm

The places we stayed last week used the 2 prong adapter.

Try this: http://www.kropla.com/electric.htm

Click on "electrical systems worldwide," determine which correspondingly-lettered adapters will work there, then check the list of lettered adapters to see which ones you need to bring with you.

You have to decide if you need a voltage converter or just a plug adapter. If you need to covert the voltage from 110 volts to 210 volts, you'll have the proper converter. If you have a razor which runs both voltages, then you'll just need a plug adapter.

Re-post and give the information.

Blackduff has given the most important advice. Don't plug it into the "proper" adapter until you have checked whether his razor says dual voltage or not. If it is NOT dual voltage he'll need a transformer as well as a plug adapter to recharge it, or he'll blow it up for sure.

By the way, some bathrooms in Europe have a special outlet which says "shavers only". Those will not work for recharging a cordless razor.
