For 5 days you might want to stick to one island group (there are several groups) as getting from one group to another often means getting back to the hub of Athens.
Have you looked into any islands that interest you? Do you want beaches and nice resorts, sightseeing historic sites, or...? Try clicking on Destinations at the top of the screen for basic info on Greece.
