What is the name of this book?

Someone wrote a few months ago about a women who does a wine and cheese party in her home. She has also written some books on what it is like to live in Paris. Something - French Toast or something or other. PLEASE HELP!

Yes, I think I read that too-not sure if it's about the same person. You could go to her apartment and get together with some other people, have something to eat.

French Toast is by Harriet Welty Rochefort. You can order it on Amazon.com or visit your friendly neighborhood bookstore.

I had that book once. I sold it in a garage sale to a beautiful young woman who was on her honeymoon...she had just married a Frenchman. My book found the perfect new owner, n'est-ce pas? (They must have been saving the more exciting part of the honeymoon for later, because she was at a garage sale with her mother!)

She's also written Frenh Fried. She has a monthly column at paris.org. We're hoping to do the cheese and wine thing on our next trip to Paris.
