what is the most wonderful place to go

We will be in Provence in June, we need a place to go for second week of trip. Have been to France, Italy, Prague, so where would you think that would be close to Provence. We love the quiet places of beauty that are not so congested that we can't enjoy ourselves driving to quaint towns, this sounds so like provence to me....Have never been to portagul, spain, germany, DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE PLACE?

Hi J,

From Provence, I suggest that you continue on to the Perigord region of the Dordogne.

This about visiting to Switzerland-maybe Lucern region. It's not too far and certainly it's more calm than Spain and Portugal.

From where you’ll be, Alsace sounds right to me.

Worth doing some research on Languedoc ?

Close, quieter, cheaper, different.
